On October 21, Sinotruk held its first meeting of leading cadres after the reorganization, and announced the personnel appointments of several senior executives of Sinotruk. Among them, Wang Yong, the former deputy secretary of the party committee of Weichai Group, was appointed as the deputy secretary of the party committee and executive deputy general manager of the Sinotruk Group; and Tai Xuecheng, the former deputy secretary of the disciplinary committee of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, was appointed as the secretary of the disciplinary committee of the Sinotruk Group. With the implementation of this adjustment, Sinotruk and Weichai's strategic coordination and integration development has entered a "honeymoon period".

After the reorganization, Sinotruk and Weichai will be deeply integrated in culture and management. During the “run-in period”, Tan Xuguang, chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry, will also form a fusion group, and will send cadres of Sinotruk and Weichai to each other to study and exchange in several batches.

Tan Xuguang said that Sinotruk will fully introduce Weichai WOS quality management model. Tan Xuguang said that "on the basis of the introduction of Weichai WoS, we will inject the elements of China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation and fight a turnaround in the improvement of the engineering management process. The management culture and methods of China National Heavy Duty Truck will be formed." Diesel WOS quality management model will help China National Heavy Duty Truck to improve its management level.
