1、Use and Maintenance of Air Filtration

Maintenance and replacement of air filter assembly affect DPF ash removal cycle. If the efficiency of air filter is low, it will shorten the dust removal cycle and block DPF. Therefore, we must pay attention to the maintenance and protection of air filtration in peacetime, to clean up in time.

2、Fuel filling

The fuel filling specifications must ensure that six diesel standards are met (fuel S content is less than 10ppm). Otherwise, except for the fuel system, the most important thing is that the unqualified fuel can lead to DOC sulfur poisoning and SCR sulfur poisoning, which will result in low regeneration efficiency and low efficiency of SCR conversion. The longer time will lead to torque restriction, speed limit and no regeneration, and finally only replace the whole post-processing assembly.

3、Addition of urea

To ensure that the added and used urea conforms to the specifications, it is forbidden to add other components such as diesel oil, water, self-made urea aqueous solution, etc. Its quality and performance should meet the requirements of ISO 22241 standard.

When the urea level is less than 10%, the NCD indicator will always be on for prompting; drivers need to add urea as soon as possible, otherwise when it is less than 5%, it will be immediately limited to twist.
