1, the engine oil pressure system testing. Check the fuel pressure gauge and oil pressure gauge Assembly, connect the oil pipes and tables. Start the engine and place it in idle, fuel gauge reading should be in the 270~320kpa range. If the pressure exceeds the technical specification, you will need to replace the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter.

2, check the engine parts spark plug and cylinder line. To check spark plug gap is in line with the original technical standards, but also to check whether the engine cylinder line resistance value meets the technical requirements, if it does not meet needs to be adjusted or replaced.

3, check the jet nozzle of each cylinder of the engine. Put the engine into idle, respectively disconnect each injector plug, check the idle speed if there is any change, if you disconnect the injector for each cylinder, idle reduction is basically the same, then the fuel injector is working properly. When you disconnect a nozzle, the engine idle speed and stability no changes, you will need to measure the resistance of fuel injector plugs value for 10~13, if you do not meet the criteria then replace the nozzle.

For engine maintenance regardless of who, believed to be noted. Other heavy duty truck parts for car, and when your engine maintenance, and remember to do maintenance.
