The main function of the torsion rubber core is to provide shock absorption and cushioning. It is fitted to the end of the thrust bar (also known as the reaction bar) of the vehicle's chassis axle to absorb and mitigate shocks encountered while driving.

Our torsion cores are made of density-adjusted natural rubber with a precisely controlled hardness of 73 to 76 Shore degrees, which exhibits excellent fatigue, tear and impact resistance.

In addition, the connecting shafts are made from 45-gauge steel and manufactured through a monolithic forging process, followed by hardening and tempering to ensure excellent strength and toughness, which greatly reduces the risk of breakage or deformation. Each batch is subjected to rigorous quality sampling to ensure consistency and reliability.

The torsional rubber core is a key component in the suspension system of heavy-duty trucks. It is responsible for connecting the vehicle's frame and axle, and bears and conducts the torsional force and bending moment generated between the two.
